Running race 48:18 [4] 10.0 km (4:50 / km) +106m 4:35 / km

Garstang 10k - set off ok, 6:52 and 7mins ish for first couple of miles including uphill section. then generally felt not good, think the furry lycra was an error. However I suppose this is the furthest I've run in a good while and didnt have best prep so its not too bad. Felt like I was going backwards between 3.5 and 4.5 miles then i realised i'd been going slightly upwards which was enough to make a difference.
Next choice is whether to run brighton half marathon on 22nd feb...i really cant decide

Feeling much better but probably resting today and eating enough to compensate for yesterday - hoping to be fully ready for garstang 10K on sunday

Break from revision - Climbing at kendal climbing wall, arms were killed by stalagtite climb after a fair few other ones - climbed fairly well for not having climbed in aggggggeees!

Stomach bug (food poisoning from indian?) - meant no training or in fact moving for a day - couldnt even revise

Run from fox house out to higger tor then to burbage bridge and back along edge path/fell sheep tracks!

Running 20:49 [3] 2.44 mi (8:32 / mi) +180m 6:56 / mi

run up hoad hill, felt much better than last time although legs deffinately felt yesterdays effort!
