4 x 6 minutes. Pushed the right amount tonight. HR around 172-174, and legs were getting tired but I won't have major lasting pain (I don't think). A good group of women there tonight - Kristin, Rebecka, Kate and Annika pushing Léon.

road run (stroller) 51:14 [2] 6.69 km (7:39 / km) +31m 7:29 / km

Ran with Mom, Dad and Sofie in the stroller. We ran to Vasaparken, which is a fairly new playground in town. I was excited to go here because there are always lots of kids (which Sofie loves) and they have a younger children park with a water table, big sandbox with toys and baby swing. But also the cafe there makes their own ice cream! Sadly, the cafe is closed on Monday, which I didn't realize until we got there. We'll just have to go again!

road run 10:18 [2] 1.21 km (8:31 / km) +11m 8:09 / km

Because the cafe at the park was closed we ran to the Botanical Gardens cafe instead. Tough life. There was live music here today. A band of 4 high school students was there playing a few songs. Sofie was enthralled with them. She was definitely their biggest fan.
