2 x Kew Boulie and 1 x Richmond Boulie. Just watched TDF 2016 Stage 8 so had a go at the infamous Froome 'frog' on some of the descents. Didn't rate it

Cheeky lunchtime boulie laps. Was nice to be out in the light, had a bonus Bruce spotting. Didn't feel amazing. Time was a bit funny, took a while to get GPS I think.

Again, lucky to have the Yarra Trails nearby. Still nice even if I've done them a lot. Very busy but people were generally considerate. Very muddy, greasy and slippery. Felt a bit off today, weak and slightly nauseous to start. Stomach came good but generally low in energy.
