Orienteering training on the Clifton Hill street-o map with the group. Not really going hard, just pushing a little to put pressure on the nav. Made a couple of silly errors early but settled into it later.
1.5 x laps of Richmond Boulevard, 1 x lap Kew Boulevard, 5 x laps of the Teardrop, another 1.5 x laps Richmond Boulevard. Found the hills left me gasping but it was nice to be able to actually push a little on them for once.

Semi long orienteering around Enfield. Actually feeling good and running quite strongly today, which was a nice change (a full day off yesterday likely had something to do with that). Also good nav, maybe 3 20s wobbles.
