Swelling in my knee was gone when I woke up but as I walked around and went to uni and stuff it swelled up again and started hurting. Much better than yesterday though, I can actually straighten it to stand and sit.
Butterfly kick in swimming was really hurting it but everything else was fine. Main set was sprints.
Well yesterday at the end of my run I slipped down the steps in my backyard and I seem to have jarred / torn something in my left knee. It has swollen up and I am finding it pretty painful to walk, particularly down stairs. The bit that hurts is just under my kneecap but also the back left side of my knee. Hopefully will heal fast.
