Intended to join the squad at the track tonight, but had an apartment inspection for which the agent was late and then the traffic was too bad and I would have been at least 15min late.
Decided to go out on my own. First intervals session in a long time so chose an easy one - short reps with long rest - 10 x 1 min on, 1 min off. Felt OK actually considering how terrible I felt yesterday. Very slow, but you have to start somewhere!
