Good hit out with Bart on leg 5 of the UTA course, Katoomba to Popes lookout and return through the streets from the nature trail. Really nice running later in the day, tourists aside, and great to get out on these trails which I've not done much on.

Kept it steady and felt pretty good for it all, only a couple of bars and one gel.

3/4 observatory hills session with Bart & Robbie, sklpped the first few for a prolonged warm up to reduce any injury risk, then promptly got cold with all the pub stops. Good fun evening session though, should do more often (minus all but the final pub stops).
