Fortress Canyon for the first of the season, beautiful spot and pretty straightforward, couple of jumps and a small abseil to ease back in. Some beautiful sections and a stunning lunch spot at the end before a hot hike out.

Fun sprint orienteering at st ives, never felt like I was hitting top gear and a bit rusty in flow, but meant I was pretty clean aside from a few 5s hesitations our route choices here and there.

Fun new trails, some good, some overgrown. Pipeline track down then west side of middle harbour creek, back up the two creeks track to Lindfield.

Good swim in the creek, and a very tame Echidna spotting made for a good, if short, hit out in the heat.
