Good fun, but lack of MTBing action this year very evident both technically and physically. Need to rectify that, but with a new bike to play with this week it'll be hard to resist its charms.

One stupid mistake taking a track too early to 2, other than that was reasonably clean until 12 when I carried on through the clearing missing the trail. Never totally sure on some of my routes in MTBO though.

Running, novel, couple of laps of St Leonards. Enjoying some lunchtime sunshine and trying to remind my body that sedentary isn't default state, or at least isn't going to be anymore.
