Struggled to get into tracks on route to 1, missed a few better route choices and the long road leg to 11 the wheels started to fall off physically, then lost big time on 14 & 17 as most others did.

Run to work, via Barrangaroo. Still not feeling great, observatory steps and Pacific highway felt far tougher than they should have.

Lunchtime jog down to the harbour through Badangi reserve to berry island (should really have checked tides, just managed with dry feet) then back up Gore cove. Feeling awful, both running and generally.
