Leisurely run from the fantastic Pittwater YHA up the hill (straight up 100m in the first km without any warm up, very much blowing out my arse) and up to West Head road, then further up to Willunga lookout, the highest point in the park.

Back down to and along the road to head around the Salvation loop, with an excursion down Wallaroo track to take in the views over Cowan Creek. Turned around when the track started dropping down off the ridge and headed for home.

Not feeling too bad, feet starting to hurt a bit with the minimalist shoes and stony trails and stomach starting to rumble by the end.

Hike up to Bernie's Lookout, given the lack of trail it doesn't seem a very popular spot (at least in recent months), but it was absolutely stunning.

Pleasant lunchtime run in the sun, down the slow overgrown way into flat rock gully then along through tunks park to long bay then the slog back up the hills to work along the roads.
