JK Day 1: M21s 7.3km 165m
Kept to my plan following recent showings this year and went out to be clean round the early controls, a few hesitations as I got into the map and terrain, and a few slight banana legs but all was going well up until #10 where my L knee started hurting. Splits show I was 90s up at #12, but then I blew big time (~7 mins total) on #13 & #17, then to round things off nicely I went over on my ankle after #17 just for good measure. Hobbled home and missed a few more, regretting not wearing ankle braces and losing concentration when things were going well.

JK Sprint, wasn't feeling very up for it but felt I had to get out. Screwed first control, and slowly got into things after that, L knee was hurting again from early on.

Garmin didn't start, so no idea proper time or distance, and I started late so my final time for the course was 141 minutes :)
