Terrain run on the heath, wasn't going well to start with due to a high HR but that had improved by 30 mins, but then after 8km I went over my ankle landing awkwardly after jumping over a fallen tree. Swore lots, hobbled home frustrated.

Still not 100%, was feeling woeful on this and the HR and Speed tell that story, hopefully it was more the effects of a week off and this being the first hard session back.

Pish. I always really struggle to warm up for 5 a side football, to the point that I feel really off the pace for the first 5 minutes or so. Think I need to get down earlier, do a longer run and more drills beforehand. We lost, again.
