Clontarf flag chasing. Went the AC trails based route which was efficient for distance/climb, but maybe not as quick. I'm not that quick atm anyway, so that was grand, and it was nice to run some trails although there's even more steps & boardwalk these days.
Fairly straightforward, but lost quite a bit of time punching and flag hunting in the circle, and a few mins on the non-existent bush bash track from 12-18.
