Bush sprint at beacon hill amidst the maze of trails, mountain bike and motorbike jumps and other oddities. Great fun, and probably benefited from calf tightness meaning no top speed running, not that I'd have much speed anyway, struggled on the climbs.
Longer careful route staying east for 1 paid off but for 2 was very hesitant, ran almost right past it doubting myself, to then do three sides of a square into it. Fine for 3 in from the west, then bit slow into 4, followed by hesitancy leaving the control then poor image of the site at 5.
Bit hesitant ensuring I was on right track for 7 then on 8 overshot in the open and wasn't as easy a route in as expected.
Only significant time loss at 9, straight wasn't great, track west of Red line to corner, tough bash through to road, then tougher still bash through to clearing.
On 11 had a couple of overshoots, didn't see track junction after bare rock so turned left at junction near 11, then ran too far along track by the control, then for 12 was a bit hesitant in the circle.
For 15 got very lucky stumbling onto control from cleaning, was east of it when I thought I was west.
