After a week off battling the flu, needed to get some exercise or I was going to go bonkers. Headed up to the reservoir then William Redd Jr. Park. Was planning on looping back through WCCSP and Creek Rd. but when I got up to the Possum Hill trailhead, it was marked closed for hunting. So decided to do a loop through Middle Run Natural Area instead. Good to have options.

Decided to hit the gym instead of run since I've been fighting off some congestion and it was bitter cold. Not sure how Vladimir can map in these conditions but he headed out around 7:30 for Iron Hill.
