Hibernia County Park - The traditional St. Paddy's venue. Buoyed by a stirring rendition of Danny Boy on the car CD player, I set out into the cold March wind. This was a fun course set by Wyatt. My only problem was on #4 where I decided to take the straight route rather than the right hand option to the road. I didn't see the control on first approach so turned left looking slightly downhill before climbing back to near where I was the first time. A minute or so lost. Vadim caught up to me as I was leaving #6 and we saw each other off and on the rest of the course.

Now I think it's time to start tapering for the Trail O.

Lunchtime run with Clay. I was worried my back would be aggravated but it is almost back to normal and was fine during the run. Spectacular sunny weather. Shorts!

My upper back / neck was bothering me at the start and kept getting worse as I played. Then I went up to hit a perfect set from Mike. I made a clean hit but was in severe pain afterward so sat out the rest of the games, went home and popped an ibuprofen.
