Brandywine Creek SP - Finally got around to doing a hike with the local AMC club. I've been a member for several years but they rarely hike in DE. A group of 10, pretty leisurely pace starting from the Red Lobster off of 202, down to the creek, up to the Nature Center, and then back across the Rockland bridge. Saw a black snake, tons of toads, and a tiny turtle. One of the guys was a 71 yr old DuPont retiree so we traded some war stories. The way work is going these days, I may be a retiree too before long.

Tyler Arboretum - TNT Media. Started with Clem and Jim heading over to Ridley but my calf was feeling pretty gimpy and I was moving at a snail's pace so I circled back through Tyler with Jim while Clem continued on to Ridley. Finally some nice spring weather.

Newark, DE - Lunchtime run with Bob. Was doing well until I felt a micro tear in my lower left calf about 100 m short of the finish. It's the 3rd time this has happened in the last few weeks.
