Note
(injured)

Trip to Greenwich by bus and back by boat as the sun was shining. Hampstead Heath was out due to ankle and Greenwich won on culture. Really enjoyed cruise back to Westminster and then walk to Covent Garden. - Why do my feet always hurt like hell when I return to London!

Run race 45:23 [3] 4.5 km (10:05 / km)
(injured) shoes: Saucony Trigon Response

slow - hobbled due to ankle plus I made 2 errors - small one with control 7 being hidden behind a bench and big one in the Barbican controls 14 - 15, because I dropped down a level and shouldn't have. Foot has been extremely painful since; hindering touring London somewhat. Would have liked to have run women's open as it took you to some of the famous sights (St Paul's & the Gherkin), but W40+ proved too much as it was.
No idea about heart rate - forgot to press start for HRM!

Walk 1:30:00 [1]
(injured)

dog gone....... back to the IOM but managed to get 1 last walk in on Whitbarrow Scar - the place of my demise!

Swimming 1:00:00 [3] 2.0 km (30:00 / km)
ahr:131 (injured)

80 lengths @ Kendal pool - need to build stamina to go up & down, up & down. Still doing 'intervals'. Best horizontal exercise I've had for a long time.

Walk 1:00:00 [2]
(injured) shoes: Saucony Approach

Dog jog along Kendal Lancaster canal towpath. Thought I should try 'running' having done none since spraining my ankle and going to London this weekend.

class - pilates etc 1:00:00 [2]
(injured)

don't be fooled into thinking it's easy!

Walk 1:00:00 [1]
(injured)

2 dog walks - Birkrigg common and the Hoad - realize ankle is NOT good on steep terrain!

Swimming 45:00 [3]
(injured)

50+ lengths plus aqua jogging sandwiched between Birkrigg Common and The Hoad walks.

Rowing - Concept 2 25:00 [3] 5.0 km (5:00 / km)
(injured)

did intervals of 500m x 10 with 30 sec recovery, moving resistance from 1 to 10 (it takes all my time in 30 secs to unstrap feet, move resistance level, restrap feet and grab rowing handle!)
