Rockgympa program. A few years ago, I was brought on board to be one of the group leaders for Rockgympa. This meant that I would be in the center of the group as the visual demonstration of each exercise, along with Johan, the true leader of rockgympa.

When Johan took over after Henrik, he was the great driving force behind the program. Choosing the music, the exercises, putting everything together into an audacity file and a word document, and now even bringing a map with a route choice problem every week to pass around and to vote and discuss which route is best after the program is over. My job was just to bring all the equipment to the gym, and unlock the door in time.

I have not traditionally had the life-skills to be places in good time, and it is still somehow a challenge to be there at 17.50 once a week, even if it is one task.

Summer program this week: Means a short lap of the trail, similar to the barkbana loop (~15mins) followed by a few running drills on the soccer pitch (~10 minutes) then switch to indoors for a 37 min strength program that has quite a lot of core and a smaller amount of plyometric-type jumping. It is sweaty.

I did not stick around for Innebandy afterward, instead I went home and made brownies.
