Note

Travel Day Fail - Arrived home to grab my bag before heading to the airport to meet Sam for our trip to Oslo. Then discovered that my house key was locked inside, still in my orienteering bag from last night. Various iterations of "what should I do now" occurred and in the end I needed to rebook the flight for tomorrow morning.

About 4 hours of trying to get into the house. I will try to be zen and say that a problem that can be solved with money is an expense.

Elisa was an awesome friend, she offered to drive me to the airport and came over to hang out while I waited for the various buildings people to come try to unlock the door.

Late tonight, so I opted to run on roads instead of heading out onto Tisdagbana.

Set up a last-minute MeOS event to record the splits from the Tour De Linné Flying Kilometers which were a part of tonight's tisdagsbana. Did not change the zero time when I did so, so the zero time was too late and this caused chaos with a few of the splits. Sam and Johan had to rescue the results by downloading the SI units from the forest and running things through excel.

Still no healthy Johan, so I was leading the gympa again tonight. I think I succeeded much better with leading all the exercises. A good session, and I felt pretty strong.

At somepoint randomly in the middle of the day, my right ankle started hurting like I had sprained it or something... that wasn't cool. Even walking around the office was uncomfortable. Some of the balancing and jumping on the right foot tonight was a little uncomfortable, but all in all, the foot was feeling fine after gympa. Weird little twinges... I guess I'm getting old.

Innebandy 15:00 [3]

A few games of Innebandy, but wasn't playing very intently as my ankle wasn't in the mood. Pretty much I only stuck around so that everyone else could play using the club's clubs :)
