Not really 100% healthy yet, but another day without training would have been too much to bear. Running as medicine :)
Quickroute
Johan planned a training in Lunsen with Naturpasset permanent flags for control locations and no trails printed on the map (that doesn't really make a big difference for this part of Lunsen). Started off as a bigger group, and then it quickly became Johan waiting for me at the controls :) We alternated flags and ran at the speed of chatting. I was having a good time, but did not find the orienteering to be easy today, it was hard to focus enough to be super clean. I think my mind was tired and I was being lazy so just running without navigating enough.
The errors on 10, and 16 are mine, Johan was nice enough both times to just let me lead and then relocate before commenting that I had been drifting off the line for quite some time. On the positive side, I led the whole way to the first, and although much of that was along a trail, it was still good orienteering,
Stopped for blueberries a bit near the end. We'd been out a long time, and it was hot and we were hungry and thirsty. The blueberries are pretty amazing just now.
Lovely day in the forest, just what I needed.
