Gorgeous summer day. Boris suggested a trip down to Lunsen and that seemed like a closer and nicer map than the other training that Sam signed up for.
We ran a course we had done
before, and this time we had a plan for alternating legs and for trying to have good smooth flow. Also a focus on keeping the eyes up in the terrain to see what was coming next.
A rocky start when I struggled in the circle for our first control, and then off on a couple of the others before Boris suggested that we be more explicit with our planning before each control and that helped a lot. I started to get tired about 1 hour in, which fits with the long pass yesterday.
Good times.
