Canoe-o 1:30:00 [4] 4.7 km (19:09 / km)

Went out on the long-medium course with Jeff, mostly for fun. Lots of fun, I got to do the land controls, and even went swimming to get one of the controls

orienteering 2:01:00 [5] 9.1 km (13:18 / km)

Blue course at Fox forest. I was doing pretty well except I blew control 7 for 10 minutes and 12 for about 18 minutes. It was a nice course other than that.

orienteering 58:00 [5] 6.6 km (8:47 / km)

Two 3.3 k loops at Blue Hills. Same area different controls. Jeff set some streamers. There was a really cool turtle on the trail that Boris would really have appreciated.

Tennis 1:10:00 [3]

Tennis is like ping pong but not quite as sexy. I had never played before though, and now consider myself part of high society.

Road run 30:00 [2] 3.0 mi (10:00 / mi)

warm up/cool down. To and from the track.

Track 15:00 [5] 2.5 mi (6:00 / mi)

5x800's at threshold (approx 2:58) with 30 secs of map reading in between. felt nostalgia, wanted to run steeplechase.

rollerblading 1:00:00 [3]

let me tell you about how I learned how to rollerblade. So Sam and Hill are sitting around trying to decide what we can do, and Hill says "rollerblading" and they discuss how there is always the big hill, and how it's pretty dangerous. So we go rollerblading (my first time ever) and as we are out there, they keep discussing this big hill. When it's time to come home, we stop at the top of the big hill, and point out how dangerous it can be. Then, I go down it and fall down. Foreshadowing at it's best

Trail run 1:10:00 [4] 6.0 mi (11:40 / mi)

Ran the skyline trail at Blue Hills. Pretty intense with the hills, but the flat was at a sane pace. Was wearing a heartrate monitor, 200 bpm on the hills, and 160-180 on the down/flat.
