so my foot has been hurting, which influenced me enough to buy new shoes and take a day off from running. I went to the pool and dove for awhile, then swam a 500 pretty fast, and then 2 x 200, and then 2 times 100, then I tried to get out of the pool and remembered that I was a runner not a swimmer and that my arms were currently on strike. will spend rest of the evening gazing at my pretty new asics 2070s
started out as 800's on the track. did 2 and a half before they kicked me off the track. so I did 2:45 on, 30 seconds rest for 6 reps on the gale loop. then ran home ( I'd say it was at most a mile and a half) 11 minutes. They kicked me off the track cause they were golfing over it!! I was really quite mad , maybe I'll write a letter to the editor.
10 mins of abs and also did a respectable 7 pull ups which in dog years is almost 50!!!
