DVOA local race at Colliers Mill.My fractured hand did not interfered or bothered me to much, but the fact that I haven't been training did.5 mins. errors, too.

Fractured the 4 th. metacarpal bone, in my right hand, today at work.I got a cast splint ,for a week, when they going to check on how the bone is healing and at that point, if it doesn't look like everething is OK, they are going to do surgery.I am not sure, when I will be able to continue my training/racing.I will try to go out Saturday for an easy run, to see if is going to be any interference with my fractured hand, in cast.
