i've decided not to go to Patuxent and see how the knee does on the track (no ups and downs)

a lot of tightness for first mile, but things went better after that. I was clearly listing to one side, b/c my left ankle felt tight like it was carrying more. some twinges ont he side of my knee where it hurt before, but tolerable.

run (barefoot) 12:37 [3] 1.5 mi (8:25 / mi)

this felt ok and was good for lifting the spirits
