Running warm up/down 8:00 [1]

Running intervals (Stairs) 18:00 [5]

3 x up our stairs again, this time all the way from 1st floor to 35th + took the lift back down (which made recovery time shorter).
Times about: 6' - 5'50" - 6'10".
I was so tired in the end, unable to keep the same speed on the last one... But the training made me feel good anyway!
