I actually went by the gym on the off chance that it might be open (it is very close to work). The lights were on but there was nobody in the lot and I could see a sign on the door, so I assumed it was closed and came home.

The good news is I can mostly breathe again today.

Came right home from work to eat and take a DVOA board conference call at 7, thinking I might go back to the gym after that. But it was about a hour, and immediately after that another friend called to talk about his wedding and some vacation plans, and before I knew it it was after 10. I didn't really want to go back out this late (the gym is 24 hours during the week but I've never gone after 8 or so). So a quick turn around the neighborhood.

I kept coming up left of almost everything today, and just felt like I didn't have much energy overall. Didn't want to run much and felt sloggy by the end. The amount of deadfall and junk here probably didn't help. Still had fun, and it was nice to get out. Had been considering going to DC after, just to walk around and pop in a museum or two, but decided I didn't feel like it and came home to have a nap.
