C25K - Week 1, Day 2

A long, skinny place called Dauberton Park. I had to get my hair cut at 7:30 so I found a place close to there.

Long's Park

Here we go again... back on the wagon, almost exactly one year from the beginning of my sciatica journey. I will probably be repeating all of the weeks at least twice, and possibly more, for a slower build up.

Went to DQ after work (free ice cream) and skipped the Rita's which was a traffic nightmare. Headed to the Junction Trail to walk. Didn't pay much attention to how late I was starting out, and ended up having to hustle to get back before it was completely dark. Then over to the other Rita's with better parking for free dessert part two.

DVOA Quail Hill - Green

Chose this over Wheaton (both decently long drives) simply because I'd never been here before.

Nice little camp, navigation pretty easy, but the snow really slowed everything down for me.

After this I went to Asbury Park, since it was already close, and walked around the beach and boardwalk for a while.
