FVO night, Minewoods

Supposed to be taking it easy for my cold but mass start and all that...started off a bit keen and alarmingly near the front, however after the first few mins I fortunately managed to wave the large fast posse goodbye and slow down to a more comfortable effort level. Although for various reasons was struggling to read the map so ended up with some bits of standing around anyway!
