Little warmup jog. Felt rubbish which is usually the signal a longer warmup is required....didn't really have time unfortunately.

FVO evening event, Bannockburn.
Went for the sprint course not the Green course, wore road shoes...hadn't expected to run along the edge of a bog from #1 to #2!
Didn't feel like I was running well, no rhythm or acceleration. Nav all okay though except one wobble halfway round when distracted by a dog so took a wrong turn and ran a little extra.
