5km out then 20x45/15 back plus just a tiny (4 min) loop to warm down as time ran out.

FVO night race, Braco and Ardoch Roman Fort.
Cool race with multiple loops, had a good tussle with Jase.
We had the final two loops the opposite way round and I sneaked past.
Only to blow it between the final control and the finish, d'oh!
