Ten weeks today is the Frankfurt Marathon. First week of truncated training plan has been a write off :(

From Invertrossachs where the FVO posse were long-running from.
Head east then keep turning left Trossachs-Duke'sPass-Aberfoyle-BigBraes-Callander-Invertrossachs.
With Fi to the foot of Duke's where she headed off onto the forest tracks to hook up with the others.

Tentative jog.
Leg not great. Not even as good as I thought it would be.
Sore with no power or range of movement, v noticeable uphill and on any non-flat surface.
But no worse at the end than the beginning. Which i guess is something.
Supposed to move from the bike training to the running training today.
Not yet though - tweaked my groin on the ride (when I crashed I think) and won't be running for a few days....
