Inaugural Southwark Parkrun. Flat course with three laps, quite a few twists and turns so maybe not the quickest. I wasn't the quickest either.

Leg not amazing. Need to be more diligent with the stretching and exercises....

Another glorious evening - another run!
With Rosco from his place via Cambuskenneth, Abbey Craig, uni, BofA, path back along the river. Very nice apart from the nettle-infested section....

From the uni, up Dumyat with Rosco. Including 10x45/15 from the gate to the fence in the marsh and then hard to the top from there. Thought hills would be good for making glute work - leg okay on the way up, starting to niggle by the end but not too bad.

Hills and mountains looking very fine in beams of evening sun cutting through a smattering of cloud. A pleasure to be up there enjoying it.
