Bit less flat today. Home-Doune-Keir roundabout-Dunblane-Braco-Comrie moor-Drummond Castle-Comrie.
Glorious day for a ride over the Langside towards Comrie. Made decent progress so turned right early on the descent for an extra loop over past Drummond Castle. Found a short sharp climb on the loop that I hadn't expected!
Got to Cathy and Doug's place just in time for the Men's Singles Final. And subsequently some bubbly :)

Out towards Loch Venacher for dinner at the boathouse. Not via mini braes as still sticking to flatter stuff. So pushed on a bit to see how far I could get before getting caught by the broom wagon and driven the rest of the way to get there in time.

Short tester spin from home through Cambusbarron and back via King's Park. Okay on the flat, can notice calf a bit on inclines. So okay to do some riding but mustn't push on the climbs. Sounds ideal :)

Anticipatory physio appointment booked in for 9am. Very wise!
Could be a lot worse, position pretty similar to that after did it originally on Tuesday - advice is a couple of days to let things settle back down before even doing any exercises for it, but gradual strengthening after that and hopefully back for some easy biking mid-week. No running this week though.....
