Orienteering race 51:50 [4] 6.87 km (7:33 / km) +200m 6:35 / km
shoes: VJ Falcon 2011
FVO night event, Polmaise
Sluggish but managed to sneak ahead of the pack in the middle, then got lost in the rhodos on the long leg and got re-passed by Helen/Tessa/Fraser/Patrick.
Ended up with Fraser/Patrick/Jase, got ahead then went wrong with two to go. Managed to take Fraser with me but the others were long gone by the time we sorted it out.
Felt really rather unfit....
