Took my aches and pains round Leckie loop at the end of a glorious sunny day. Easy to start but higher intensity later - not reflected in the time though!

Really enjoyable headtorch run from the gaz-elle compound with the FVO posse. Some easier sections and some quicker sections. Felt a bit more like I could run today.

Elle had found time in her busy schedule to make some tasty soup for us all to enjoy afterwards :)

Ballengeich Hills with Ross and Roger. Hip giving me real issues, could run at a reasonable intensity and keep going okay but no zip in my legs at all and certainly no pace.

Just need to keep plugging away with the stretching over the next couple of weeks and hopefully will be back to running pain free then.

Times of 3:02, 3:03, 3:02, 3:02 - Rog was close to beating me by more on each single rep than he did over 26.2 miles in Berlin!

Then off to Stirling Castle to the Sports Awards via showers and food (thanks Ross and Fi) - great talk from Frank Dick and congrats to Hazel on her trophy!

Worked pretty hard which was just as well given that we only did one set. Felt like an old crock. If only I had a time machine....
