Cool urban race from Tim Tett's in Sheffield before freeloading at SYO bbq. Struggled a bit with the running. And with the navigation. No problem with the beers or sausages or cakes though.

Helping Rosco out with some navigation training on Dumyat for Ochil Mountain Rescue, a bit of control hanging, a bit of shadowing/advice, a bit of control collecting, and a bit of a race to finish.
All seemed to go pretty well and parts of the evening were gorgeously sunny. Although other parts were rather damper. The mountain rescue guys (fresh from a call out the previous evening) seemed pretty competent and coped with some pretty tricky exercises, nice to know!
Good fun finished off with classic boot camp diet of fish supper, cake and beer!

Met Tullster for a bike ride but given the rain it turned into a run instead. Out through Kings Park to Polmaise, through the paths above the quarry (managed to lead this bit and slow the pace down for a while!), along towards North Third and along the crags to the first top, then back below the crags and return via the roads.
Suspect this session was harder work for one of us than the other....
