Note
slept:8.5 (injured) (rest day)

Rolled my ankle yesterday, swelling is down, but I still don't have painless full range of motion. Chipping away at my mountain of homework. -.-

Orienteering race (Street Scramble) 1:27:30 [4] ** 7.0 mi (12:30 / mi)
slept:9.5 shoes: Spikebit (2007-08)

Capitol Hill Street Scramble

Went with Max and Holly, we ran about half the time, did the 1.5 hour option, and won our category with 360 points. We could've gotten 20 more points if we'd been on the right side of the street, (and we probably still could've gotten it) but we were at ~4 minutes left so I made the command decision to skip that point. I rolled the ankle like ~10 minutes into it, and I ran on that, and now it's a little swollen. I'm probably going to keep off of it tomorrow, and maybe do some swimming or keep off of it as much as possible on Monday.

Distance is approx.

Orienteering 34:00 [3] *** 3.4 km (10:00 / km)
slept:8.4 shoes: Spikebit (2007-08)

Orienteering at Shoreview with Holly, Max and Tori.

We did memory O in pairs, where we each led half the legs and got to study the map for the other part. We were running on a map from a meet there several years ago which had changed just a bit (one of the bridges was gone) but I got in some good practice and had a good time. We were just jogging, there were several places where we could've picked up the pace and cut off significant amounts of times (also, we spent several minutes wandering around thinking "where's the bridge? durrr...") so yeah. (Time is approx because Tori and Holly had different times, for some reason.)

Running Games 15:00 [2]
shoes: Spikebit (2007-08)

Hot Lava Monster at Shoreview with Tori, Holly and Max. (I'm logging it BECAUSE I CAN! SO THERE! yeah.)

Stretching/Yoga 10:00 [3]

Full body stretch

Running 24:00 [3] 3.2 mi (7:30 / mi)
slept:8.0 shoes: Spikebit (2007-08)

North Acres x3 with Max and Holly

Google says that 1 loop of northacres is 2900 feet, so 3 loops is 1.6 miles, and it's .8 from 145th to 130th, so 2*1.6 + 1.6 = 3.2.

Stretching/Yoga 15:00 [3]

Lazy full body stretch after running.
Workout was short today so I could pick up my brother and do homework.

Running 1:11:00 [3] 7.2 mi (9:52 / mi)
shoes: Spikebit (2007-08)

To Green Lake with Max and Holly. I didn't catch the ending time though, lol. (This is from Max, and I believe it includes lights.)

I hadn't eaten for about 4 hours prior to starting the run, which was a bad idea... I was really burnt out at the end.

There was a notable creepy old man at the lake, who informed us that we could only go in the water if it'd been sunny in May for a week. We ignored him.

Holly and Max failed to guess Henry the Lion in a game similar to 20 questions.

Stretching/Yoga 10:00 [3]

Full body stretch after running.

Running 35:00 [3] 4.3 mi (8:08 / mi)
slept:8.5 shoes: Spikebit (2007-08)

To Graveyard with Holly and Max
I need to get to bed earlier tonight. -.-

Note to Holly and Max - the distance (using Google Maps) is somewhere between 4.2 and 4.3, but I'm not sure which to round it to, so I rounded up.

Stretching/Yoga 10:00 [3]

Full body stretch after running with Holly, Max and Arianna.

Strength - Core 10:00 [3]

Full Niftys x10

Strength - Lower Body 4:30 [3]

Wall Sits - 3x1:30, approx. 45 sec rest between each
(Max is a slacker and only did 1:10 on the middle one :P)

Note
slept:9.0

As an aside, the bureaucracy sucks at LFPK City Hall. -.-
