Longish run with Jonas. Felt good. Afterwards my Forerunner 405 has freaked out, it behaves strangely and it did not record my puls or position the first half hour. But it still seem to have measured the total distance... hmm...

Club intervals on Ryggis-track. 2 min running, 1 minute rest, 6 times. Then some 100m sprints. Good feeling in my body and i could push pretty hard.
