Went to the naprapath today to check whats wrong with my calfs. He found some lockings in my lower back which overstimulate my calf muscles (Soleus). Have to take it easy until monday/thusday to let the calfs recover.

Treadmill intervals @ Helex. 2 x 3km @ 3.20/k + 700m @ 3.00/k w 4min rec/rep. Felt good with no strange feelings in my calf. Think the girl next to me thought I was gonna die in the end of the second 3k =P

Think this is my highest recorded HRmax the last 4 years. Think my HRmax somehow increased after my long sick-period last year.
