From LV5 -> Södra on loose tracks + some laps around 2.5km and then back down again. Tired in my arms from all the climbing this week.

Found out why the lights were out yesterday. A big branch had cut the cable halfway around the red (2.5km) track.

The shitty weather last night jammed all the train traffic along the coast, so no training with the club this weekend...

Easy morning jog. The weather has been terrible the last 24h with ~3-4 dm of snow and high winds. The walking path wasn't plowed at all which made some parts "unrunnable" with > 50cm of snow. Had to change route running only on the big roads.

Had planed 90min but when i got up to Södraberget pretty much the whole illuminated skitrack were out... Did a lap around the red (2.5k) track in he dark but had a hard time seeing the track in front of me. Quit the session in anger and luckily non of the staff were there... Jävla slöa plusjobbare!

Felt a bit strange when I woke up so skipped the planed morning run. Gonna be nice going down to Malung this weekend for some hard training. Looks like we're in for some snow this night.
