First ski-session this winter. Felt good the whole way. -4°C and good tracks. LV5 -> Södraberget + 4 x (2.5km + hotellslingan inc. the big slope on the 2.5km track) and then back down again.

The foot felt fine. Think ill try to do one run and one ski-session/day instead of running twice. Might prevent these stupid injuries.

My legs are not used to running fast so it felt good to get some proper speed workouts. To bad Helex is so fcking x-pensive... 135kr for a one-time visit is close to robbery.

Got this strange feeling on my forefoot, sore in the joints of the two "middle" toes. Skipping the afternoon run.

Long run from Barnberget and home. Went up to check the status on the ice. Almost waist deep snow made the first 2km really tough.
