Had to skip the second run today due to unforeseen circumstances. Bit stiff in my right calf so maybe it was for the best.

Long intervals around Sidsjön. Planed: 3 x 3.1km @ 3.30/k, rec 4min. Couldn't keep the pace as planed so i switched to 2 x ~1.6km instead. Bit freezing running in t-shirt and half-tights (+5°C).
