Orienteering race (course 2.9km) 14:31 [5] 3.5 km (4:09 / km)

Elitseries Sprint (Gammelstan, Luleå): Ran the M21E2. At first i thought i had taken a bad route choise to the first control but after seeing the splits (4th place) im not sure it was so bad. Ran really good to the 14th control but on the way to the 15th i didn't see the open area (just south of the 14th flag) and desided to go for the right routechoise. Lost ~5sec due to this. Towards the 16th control there was a family standing infront of the really narrow passing between two houses and i took a left turn around the house instead of crashing in to them (regret this choise afterwards...). Lost another 4-5sec due to them. Got behind in the map reading due to the change of plan, missed the planed passing between two houses and had to run an extra 40m around the house (lost ~8-10sec). Got a bitt stressed out made a stupid parallell mistake to the second last control, had to make a quick stop to get in to the game again (12-15sec mistake).

Really annoyed that i allowed myself to get distracted and make stupid mistakes in the end when i started out really good. Would have made 3rd place with just a decent finish...

Elitseries Middle distance (Luleå): Really bad run right from the start. 8-9min of mistakes... Not going through the details. First real competition since the training camp in Spain (in march). Atleast it feels good running again without any illness.

Sprint practice in Timrå. Made a mistake on the first control ~10s (a lot of trails that were not on the map, but should have manage anyway). Took a bad variant of the right route-choice (think the left one is fastest) on purpose to check how much i would loose compared to the others. Rest of the course went good without mistakes but lost a lot of time due to the crappy map. For example @ #4 the fence were not shown on the map and pretty much the same thing on the way to the 7th control (lost ~15s due to this). Fun to be able to run again even though my pace is far from fast. Forgot my clock @ home...
