Longrun around Sundsvall. My programming lab started at 8 this morning and i had to prepare a bit before so i skipped the morningrun.

Some easy XCskiing with Johan E on södraberget. Watched the 30k skiathlon.

Easy run with Tom. Felt like crap after yesterdays strenght session.

Strenght session with Tom. Did some squats (1x6x50kg,1x6x60kg, 3x6x70kg, 1x4x80kg) heel-raisings(15x70kg, 10x85kg), deadlifts and lunges (2x15x10kg).

Got back from the clubmeeting at 22 and were out the door by 22.20 so i cut the session a bit.
