Iceclimbing with David. Climbed a 17m vertical/sligthly overhanging ice pillar (WI4+) in nedansjö.

XCskiing (skate) 1:05:10 [1] 7.0 km (9:19 / km)

XC-skiing on södraberget. Arms were totally dead after the iceclimbing.

Ran on the skiitrack up to Södraberget via NTO and then back down again. The track was quite heavy to run on since u were sinking down ~5cm on every step.

Felt a bit strange in the afternoon so i skipped practise.

Morningrun on trails and skiitracks. Got ~1dm of snow last night and it looks like the thermometer gonna stay on the right side of 0 for a while now.

Weight training at SAK. Skipped all upperbody since i get sufficient training from climbing. Started out with squats 2x6x60kg then 2x4x70kg and finally 2x3x80kg, rec ~3min between sets. Finished the workout with 3x10x60kg of heel-raisings.

Indoor climbing with the guys. Felt strong! Was almost able to do the whole slop-campus-wall.
