Started out with 30min easy up to södraberget where i joined up with SOKs traininggroup. Ran ~1.30h with them on trails and in the forest and finished of with another 35min on my own back home. My legs felt pretty good and the weather was nice, -2°C and sun.

Steeped on to the weighing machine this morning to see if my new diet is working better. I dropped ~1.5-2kg since SM so its going in the right direction. Hoppyfully ill get down to 70kg by christmas and then maby a few more kg's when the season starts again.
This weeks training got destroyed due to my 2 exams. Next week looks promising with nothing special in school and finishing of the weekend with 2.5 days of training with the club in Falun.
