Orienteering longrun at Borgen. There's still a bit snow on the ground so I got very wet and cold in the end. Pretty slow pace due to the snow, very slippery... The orienteering part went really bad... forgott both my clock and my compass. The terrain was partly nice but its alot of rocks and crap on the ground.

Feelt good running today but I didnt dare to run longer then 30min incase it got worse. Wanna save my "breath" for tomorrows longrun.

Went climing today aswell, didnt feel any pain in my legg today so im gonna try to run tomorrow and see how it works out. Train back to Sundsvall when we were done.

Got a small wound on my legg because im so *"#¤ing clumsy.... Could only run for 20min.

Went climbing with a friend down in uppsala. Worked out fine and my legg didnt hurt as much as when i was running. Think I take a rest from running until sat.

Did a late longrun with Örjan F and Anton A from EON-arena. Keept a really good pace all the way (4-4:15min/km on the flat parts) Feelt tired the first hour but then it just got better and better. Ran the last 2km in 7.15min so the leggs had quite alot more to give if needed.

Clubtraining: Warm up with the others then I just keept a nice pace when the rest did some long intervals. Ran one interval fast but I hadnt taken my astma sprey so it was though breathing in the end.
